Onpoint Construction Management & Design, LLC (OPCM) is an industry leading construction Design and Site Management company, that offers in house carpentry needs in the state of New Hampshire. OPCM manages the construction experience from start to finish, specializing in high-end remodeling, painting, finish carpentry, and smaller additions. OPCM caters to individuals looking for unique and distinctive building options. Construction Manager vs. General Contractor
A General Contractor is primarily responsible for overseeing the subcontractors, and ensuring that the work is completed on time and with budget. They handle the day to day operations on the job site, and coordinate all aspects of the construction project.
In contrast a Construction Manager takes a broader approach, often involved from the projects inception to completion. They provide services such as project planning, cost estimation, risk management, and act as a consultant to the owner while ensuring that the project meets design specifications and quality standards. At OPCM we represent the client and their needs to take the stress of a construction project off their plate, while executing the best quality representation of their dream space.

OPCM is truly a family business! Aaron Smith is our Construction Manager, here to guide our clients through all of their construction needs! Erin Smith is our Designer. She works with our clients on bringing their creative vision to life; from an idea, to the final product. Aaron and Erin work together to cover every aspect of our clients' building projects.
We'd like to dedicate OPCM to our missing team member, our dog Jake (whom inspired the "on point" in our name). Jake worked, and played, hunted, and snuggled along side us for 13 happy and fulfilling years. He passed away this Easter 2025 at home in Aarons arms. If we had to choose a way for him to move on, we're truly blessed that he was with us , loved and safe. I don't think we'll ever stop missing you Jake, but we're so grateful that we got to be your people. I know you have your very own OnPoint t-shirt in heaven, leaping through the fields and chasing birds. We'll love you forever baby boy."
